Candidate Experience Talent Sourcer β CMO AI Acceleration (Contractor)

Role Responsibilities:
- Develop and execute proactive sourcing strategies to identify top AI talent.
- Build and maintain talent pipelines for critical and niche skill sets, including AI Product Management, Applied AI talent, AI Enablement & Transformation, and Full-Stack Developers.
- Partner with Candidate Experience recruiters and hiring teams to support strategic hiring initiatives.
- Lead direct candidate outreach and engagement via LinkedIn Recruiter, networking, referrals, and other sourcing channels.
- Support select full-cycle recruitment activities (candidate screening, interview coordination partnership, offer process support as needed).
- Deliver an exceptional candidate experience throughout the recruitment lifecycle.
- Maintain accurate pipeline activity and candidate data in applicant tracking systems and sourcing platforms.
- Provide insights on talent market trends, competitor activity, and emerging AI talent landscapes.
Basic Qualifications:
- Bachelorβs degree required.
- Minimum 5 years of recruitment sourcing and/or recruiting experience.
- Proven track record placing talent in AI-forward organizations.
- Experience sourcing technical/specialized AI-related skill sets.
- Strong expertise with LinkedIn Recruiter and modern sourcing methodologies.
- Ability to manage multiple searches in a fast-paced environment.
- Strong communication, stakeholder partnership, and candidate engagement skills.
Preferred Qualifications:
- Experience in life sciences/healthcare/pharmaceutical or other highly regulated industries.
- Experience with commercial AI, digital transformation, or enterprise AI organizations.
- Prior corporate recruiting experience.
- Executive search or strategic talent mapping experience.
- Strong understanding of AI talent market trends and competitive landscape.
- Familiarity with recruitment in large, matrixed organizations.
Work Location:
- Remote in the United States (preferred: New York, NY; Cambridge, MA; Groton, CT; Lake Forest, IL; Collegeville, PA).
Contract Details:
- 6-month contract (potential extension based on business needs); individual contributor.
