As a Calibration Technician, you will be part of the maintenance and engineering team to deliver high-quality calibration services within a GMP facility, ensuring accuracy and reliability of instrumentation and control systems to support critical production equipment and regulatory compliance.

Responsibilities:
- Perform routine calibration, troubleshooting, and repair of instruments and control systems (e.g., bioreactors, sterilizers, filling equipment) to ensure operational accuracy and minimize downtime.
- Coordinate calibration schedules with internal stakeholders and external vendors to comply with industry standards and corporate calibration programs.
- Maintain calibration records and documentation in accordance with GMP and Quality Assurance guidelines.
- Collaborate with engineering/production teams on process improvements, new machinery installations, and serve as a key administrator for the Building Management System (BMS).
- Adhere to occupational safety and health programs, including LOTO, confined space, and fall protection; operate equipment such as forklifts and personnel lifts.

Minimum qualifications:
- High School Diploma or GED.
- 3–5 years of experience in calibration or instrumentation within a technical or manufacturing environment.
- Strong critical thinking and problem-solving; ability to prioritize and multi-task in a fast-paced team environment.

Preferred qualifications:
- Experience in pharmaceutical or other highly regulated industries with GMP manufacturing maintenance/documentation.
- Proficiency in PLC troubleshooting, programming, and wiring.
- Plant safety training; CMMS experience.
- Technical expertise with tanks, mixers, pumps, and solids processing machinery.
- Self-starter who works effectively in a collaborative team.
