As a Calibration Technician, you will be part of the maintenance and engineering team to deliver high-quality calibration services within a GMP facility. Ensure the accuracy and reliability of instrumentation and control systems to support critical production equipment and regulatory compliance.

Responsibilities:
- Perform routine calibration, troubleshooting, and repair of instruments and control systems (e.g., bioreactors, sterilizers, filling equipment) to ensure operational accuracy and minimize downtime.
- Coordinate calibration schedules with internal stakeholders and external vendors, ensuring compliance with industry standards and corporate calibration programs.
- Maintain calibration records and documentation in accordance with GMP and Quality Assurance guidelines.
- Collaborate with engineering and production teams to implement process improvements, support new machinery installations, and administer the Building Management System (BMS).
- Follow occupational safety and health programs (LOTO, confined space, fall protection) while operating equipment such as forklifts and personnel lifts.

Minimum qualifications:
- High School Diploma or GED.
- 3–5 years of experience in calibration or instrumentation in a technical/manufacturing environment.
- Strong critical thinking and problem-solving; ability to prioritize and multi-task in a fast-paced team environment.

Preferred qualifications:
- Pharmaceutical or other highly regulated industry experience with GMP manufacturing maintenance/documentation.
- PLC troubleshooting, programming, and wiring.
- Plant safety training and CMMS experience.
- Experience supporting tanks, mixers, pumps, and solids processing machinery.
- Self-starter with a collaborative working style.
