Business Performance Associate Director
What You Will Do
Lead the development and advancement of business performance capabilities connecting strategy, investment, execution, and value realization across Global Quality. Partner cross-functionally to ensure strategic priorities/investments are supported by robust business cases, measurable outcomes, actionable performance insights, and disciplined value realization.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop business cases for strategic initiatives to enable leadership decision-making and investment prioritization.
- Establish frameworks to define, track, and demonstrate initiative value (financial, operational, capacity, quality, organizational) and ensure benefits are realized and sustained.
- Integrate operational, portfolio, and financial data to identify performance trends, opportunities, and trade-offs; deliver actionable insights and executive recommendations.
- Partner with functional leaders on portfolio prioritization, scenario planning, resource allocation, and long-range business planning.
- Develop business performance tools/dashboards, governance mechanisms, and decision frameworks to improve visibility and accountability.
- Act as a strategic thought partner to senior leaders by challenging assumptions and influencing decisions to improve performance and maximize value.
Basic Qualifications
- Doctorate + 3 years Quality/Operational Excellence experience; OR Master’s + 5 years; OR Bachelor’s + 7 years; OR Associate’s + 12 years; OR High school/GED + 14 years.
Preferred Qualifications/Skills
- Influence leadership/customers; cross-functional business ops and strategic project management; strong written/oral communication; Quality/GxP understanding; manage complex projects/programs; Lean/Six Sigma/Kaizen; AI/emerging technologies awareness; Global Quality interdependencies; structured/organized; strong stakeholder relationships (e.g., Technology, Finance); thrive in fast-changing environments; decision-making behaviors (DAI); collaboration in matrix environments; deliver on-time.
