Purpose
The Business Manager is accountable to achieve sales goals in the assigned territory by delivering adoption of 2D and 4D intracardiac echocardiography in structural heart procedures, driving market share growth, and meeting other key metrics. Develops the structural heart imaging market by identifying new procedural opportunities, expanding ICE adoption into new programs, and transitioning from TEE-dependent workflows to ICE-guided procedures. Builds and maintains relationships with physicians, hospital/Cath lab staff, and key opinion leaders. Acts as territory quarterback and indirectly leads a pod team including UCASs; partners with RBDs to ensure alignment.

Functional Responsibilities
- Partner with doctors and Cath lab administrators on equipment evaluations and timely issue resolution.
- Develop and execute selling strategies and strategic sales plans.
- Own territory strategy: account prioritization, procedural targeting, ICE adoption roadmaps.
- Create tactical/operational plans and communicate to UCASs, RBDs, and team.
- Coordinate UCAS pod activity to drive product utilization and ensure strong customer service.
- Demonstrate deep product/procedural knowledge; support new product introductions.
- Share customer insights with clinical science, medical affairs, marketing, and R&D.
- Leverage internal business partners to maximize resources and outcomes.
- Communicate issues/opportunities to next management; identify/resolve case issues.
- Ensure personal and pod/Company compliance with all applicable regulations and Health/Safety/Environment practices.
- Provide mentoring for new sales staff; complete administrative/compliance obligations.
- Stay current on emerging technology, competitive entries, and facilitate customer adoption.
- Collaborate with EP commercial team(s) on adoption plans.

Qualifications
- BA/BS + 7+ years professional experience.
- 5+ years sales experience in cardiovascular/vascular/interventional cardiology medical devices; selling/supporting/managing cardiac imaging structural heart products/therapies (ICE preferred).
- Documented sales awards/achievements preferred; prior management experience a plus; capital selling preferred.
- Strong analytical, project management, and communication skills.
- Experience in matrixed organizations; knowledge of healthcare regulations/compliance.
