Purpose
- Achieve sales goals in the assigned territory by driving adoption of 2D/4D intracardiac echocardiography in structural heart procedures and growing market share.
- Develop the structural heart imaging market by identifying new procedural opportunities, expanding ICE adoption into new IC programs, and transitioning from TEE-dependent workflows to ICE-guided procedures.
- Build and maintain relationships with physicians, hospital/cath lab staff, and key opinion leaders; act as โ€œterritory quarterbackโ€ and indirectly lead UCAS pod and coordinate with RBDs.

Functional Responsibilities
- Partner with doctors and cath lab administrators for equipment evaluations and timely issue resolution.
- Develop and execute selling strategies/strategic sales plans to exceed sales objectives.
- Own territory strategy: account prioritization, procedural targeting, and ICE adoption roadmaps.
- Create tactical/operational plans and communicate them to UCASs, RBDs, and CV team members.
- Lead/coordinate UCAS pod activity to drive product utilization; provide support, mentoring, and best-practice knowledge.
- Provide deep product/procedural knowledge and support new product introductions.
- Capture and communicate voice of customer insights to internal teams (clinical science, med affairs, marketing, R&D).
- Coordinate to identify/resolve case issues and improve customer outcomes and loyalty.
- Ensure compliance with applicable regulations, company guidelines, and HS&E practices; complete administrative/compliance requirements.
- Stay current on emerging technologies/techniques and facilitate customer adoption.

Qualifications
- BA/BS + 7+ years professional experience.
- 5+ years sales experience in cardiovascular/vascular/interventional cardiology devices; experience managing cardiac imaging structural heart products/therapies (ICE preferred).
- Documented sales achievements preferred; prior management experience a plus.
- Capital selling experience preferred; strong relationships with interventional cardiologists.
- Analytical, project management, communication skills; matrixed org experience; knowledge of healthcare regulations/compliance.

Physical Requirements
- Field-based; driving/walking; multitask; travel up to 80%; may lift up to 30 lbs.
