Purpose
- Achieve sales goals in the assigned territory by driving adoption of 2D/4D intracardiac echocardiography in structural heart procedures and increasing market share and other key metrics.
- Develop the structural heart imaging market by identifying new procedural opportunities, expanding ICE adoption into new IC programs, and transitioning from TEE-dependent workflows to ICE-guided procedures.
- Build relationships with physicians, hospital/Cath lab staff, and key opinion leaders; act as territory quarterback and indirectly lead a pod team (UCASs) in partnership with Regional Business Directors.
- Manage customer groups across large hospital systems/IDNs and teaching/community hospitals; influence clinical and non-clinical stakeholders to support BWI ultrasound product use.

Functional Responsibilities
- Partner with doctors and Cath lab administrators for equipment evaluations and timely issue resolution.
- Develop and execute selling strategies and strategic sales plans.
- Own territory strategy: account prioritization, procedural targeting, and ICE adoption roadmaps.
- Create tactical/operational plans for UCASs, RBDs, and team members; coordinate UCAS pod activity.
- Maintain deep product/procedural knowledge; support new product introductions; share best practices.
- Capture/communicate Voice of Customer insights to internal teams; leverage cross-functional business partners.
- Communicate business issues/opportunities to next management; partner to identify/resolve case issues.
- Ensure Health/Safety/Environmental and regulatory/compliance adherence; complete administrative and training responsibilities.
- Stay current on emerging technology and industry best practices; facilitate customer adoption.
- Provide mentoring as assigned; collaborate with EP commercial teams on adoption plans.

Qualifications
- BA/BS and 7+ years professional experience.
- 5+ years sales experience in cardiovascular/vascular/interventional cardiology medical devices; preferred experience selling/managing structural heart imaging & therapies (including ICE, TAVI, LAAO, M/T TEER, TTVR, PFO, ASD, Cardiac Imaging).
- Documented sales awards/achievements preferred; prior management experience a plus.
- Capital selling experience preferred; strong relationships with interventional cardiologists.
- Strong analytical, project management, and communication skills; matrix organization experience; healthcare regulations/compliance knowledge.

Physical Working Conditions/Requirements
- Field-based; driving/walking and phone/computer use; travel up to 80%.
- Advanced computer skills; multitask without direct oversight; complete company training.
- Valid driver’s license; may lift up to 30 lbs.
