Purpose
- Achieve sales goals in the assigned territory by driving adoption of 2D and 4D intracardiac echocardiography (ICE) in structural heart procedures and growing market share and other key metrics.
- Develop the structural heart imaging market by identifying new procedural opportunities, expanding ICE adoption into new IC programs, and transitioning from TEE-dependent workflows to ICE-guided procedures.
- Build and maintain relationships with physicians, hospital/Cath lab staff, and key opinion leaders; act as territory “quarterback” and indirectly lead a pod team (UCASs), partnering with Regional Business Directors.
- Manage customer accounts (including large hospital systems/IDNs and teaching/community hospitals) and influence clinical/non-clinical stakeholders to support use of BWI ultrasound products.

Functional Responsibilities
- Partner with doctors and Cath lab administrators on equipment evaluations and timely issue resolution.
- Develop and execute selling strategies and strategic sales plans to meet/exceed objectives.
- Own territory strategy (account prioritization, procedural targeting, ICE adoption roadmaps).
- Create tactical/operational plans for UCASs, RBDs, and team.
- Lead/coordinate UCAS pod activity; demonstrate product/procedural knowledge and support new product introductions.
- Capture and communicate voice of customer insights to internal teams.
- Communicate business issues/opportunities to next management; partner to identify/resolve case issues.
- Ensure Health, Safety, and Environmental (HSE) compliance and adherence to regulations/policies; provide mentoring for new sales staff.
- Complete administrative responsibilities (training, expenses, reporting); maintain Safe Fleet protocols; facilitate customer adoption of new products/technologies.
- Stay current on emerging technologies and collaborate with EP commercial teams.

Qualifications
- BA/BS plus 7+ years professional experience.
- 5+ years sales experience in cardiovascular/vascular/interventional cardiology medical devices; selling/supporting/managing cardiac imaging structural heart products/therapies (ICE, TAVI, LAAO, M/T TEER, TTVR, PFO, ASD, cardiac imaging) preferred.
- Sales awards/achievements preferred; prior management experience a plus.
- Capital selling experience preferred; relationships with interventional cardiologists.
- Strong analytical, project management, and communication skills; matrix organization experience; healthcare regulations/compliance knowledge.

Physical Working Conditions/Requirements
- Exempt; flexible work schedule.
- Advanced knowledge of healthcare/medical device industry and trends.
- Complete company training; valid driver’s license; advanced computer skills.
- Field-based driving/walking and use of phone/computer; manage multiple projects.
- Travel up to 80%; may occasionally lift up to 30 lbs.

Benefits/Pay Transparency (if applicable)
- Anticipated base pay range: $114,000–$175,000.
- Eligible for annual performance bonus; eligible for company car through FLEET; may be eligible for employee benefit programs (health, savings, pension, disability, vacation, sick time, holiday pay, and paid time off) per plan terms.
