Purpose
The Business Manager is accountable to achieve sales goals in the assigned territory by delivering adoption of 2D and 4D intracardiac echocardiography in structural heart procedures and driving market share growth. Develop the structural heart imaging market by identifying procedural opportunities, expanding ICE adoption into new IC programs, and transitioning from TEE-dependent workflows to ICE-guided procedures. Build and maintain relationships with physicians, hospital/Cath lab staff, and key opinion leaders; lead a pod team including UCASs and partner with RBDs.
Functional Responsibilities
- Partner with doctors and Cath lab administrators for equipment evaluations and timely issue resolution.
- Develop and execute selling strategies and strategic sales plans to achieve/exceed sales objectives.
- Own territory strategy: account prioritization, procedural targeting, ICE adoption roadmaps.
- Create tactical/operational plans and communicate to UCASs, RBDs, and team members.
- Lead/coordinate UCAS pod activity to drive product utilization; maintain regular team communication.
- Demonstrate deep product/procedural knowledge and excellence in new product introductions.
- Capture and communicate voice-of-customer insights to internal teams.
- Leverage cross-functional business partners to maximize resources and outcomes.
- Communicate business issues/opportunities to next management level.
- Partner with TMs/UCASs/RBDs to identify/resolve case issues and grow customer loyalty.
- Ensure Health, Safety, and Environmental compliance; manage administrative responsibilities (training, expenses, reporting).
- Maintain Safe Fleet vehicle protocols.
- Stay current on emerging technology, competitive entries, and industry best practices; facilitate customer adoption.
- Collaborate with EP commercial teams from targeting through implementation.
Qualifications
- BA/BS plus 7+ years professional experience.
- 5+ years sales experience in cardiovascular/vascular/interventional cardiology medical devices; selling/managing cardiac imaging structural heart products/therapies (ICE, TAVI, LAAO, TEER, TTVR, PFO, ASD, Cardiac Imaging) preferred.
- Sales awards/achievements preferred; prior management experience and capital selling experience a plus.
- Breadth/depth relationships within interventional cardiologists.
- Strong analytical, project management, and communication skills.
- Experience in a matrixed organization; knowledge of healthcare regulations/compliance.

Benefits/Compensation (explicitly stated)
- Anticipated base pay range: $114,000β$175,000.
- Eligible for annual performance bonus.
