Purpose
- Achieve sales goals in assigned territory by driving adoption of 2D/4D intracardiac echocardiography (ICE) in structural heart procedures and growing market share/other key metrics.
- Develop the structural heart imaging market by identifying procedural opportunities, expanding ICE adoption into IC programs, and transitioning from TEE-dependent workflows to ICE-guided procedures.
- Build and maintain relationships with physicians, hospital/Cath lab staff, and key opinion leaders; act as territory “quarterback” and indirectly lead a pod team (UCASs) while partnering with RBDs.
Responsibilities (Functional)
- Partner with doctors/Cath lab administrators for equipment evaluations and timely issue resolution.
- Develop and execute selling strategies/strategic sales plans; own territory account prioritization and procedural targeting.
- Create and communicate tactical/operational plans to UCASs, RBDs, and team.
- Lead/coordinate UCAS pod activity to drive product utilization; share trends, competitive insights, and best practices.
- Capture/communicate “voice of customer” insights to clinical science, medical affairs, marketing, and R&D.
- Ensure compliance with applicable regulations and Company HSE/safety practices; complete admin/compliance tasks; mentor new sales staff.
Qualifications
- BA/BS + 7+ years professional experience.
- 5+ years sales experience in cardiovascular/vascular/interventional cardiology medical devices; selling/managing cardiac imaging structural heart products/therapies (ICE, TAVI, LAAO, TEER, TTVR, PFO, ASD, cardiac imaging) preferred.
- Documented sales achievements preferred; management experience capital selling a plus.
- Relationships with interventional cardiologists; strong analytical/project management/communication; matrix collaboration; knowledge of healthcare compliance.
Working Conditions
- Field role; travel up to 80%; valid driver’s license; training completion; advanced computer skills; may lift up to 30 lbs.

Benefits/Pay (if applicable)
- Anticipated base pay: $114,000–$175,000; eligible for annual performance bonus and company car via FLEET.
