Business Liaison - Healthcare

Role: Field-based Patient Access Liaison supporting site-level patient engagement, operational readiness, and reimbursement education for Compass Pathways' mental health therapies, notably in psychedelic-assisted treatment for TRD and PTSD. Responsibilities: educate sites on REMS certification, support access workflows, troubleshoot case-level barriers, facilitate treatment logistics with external stakeholders, and maintain compliant documentation within CRM. Develops and executes account plans to optimize site access and patient pathways, avoiding promotional activities. Requirements: minimum 3 years in pharmaceutical/biotech patient access, reimbursement, or case management roles, with expertise in coverage, prior authorization, specialty pharmacy, and healthcare ecosystem navigation. High-value: experience with specialty healthcare programs, site partnerships, and compliance with healthcare regulations. Work setup: field-based in Philadelphia, PA with approximately 50%+ travel within the assigned geography.
