Business Engagement & Technology, Associate Director - Clinical & Early Development

Role: Business Engagement Lead within DTE supporting Clinical and Early Development functions. Objectives: act as a strategic partner translating business priorities into scalable digital solutions, including AI use cases, to enhance development operations. Responsibilities: manage stakeholder relationships, shape capability roadmaps, oversee demand and project prioritization, and ensure alignment with regulatory and quality standards. Collaborate with cross-functional teams including product, engineering, data, and compliance to deliver solutions that improve workflows, user experience, and operational efficiencies, especially in translational medicine and First-in-Human studies. Requirements: Bachelor's or advanced degree in life sciences, business, or related fields; 10+ years in business engagement, IT/biotech product management, or related roles supporting clinical or early development, with experience in regulated environments. Skills: strong relationship management, process design, systems implementation, and stakeholder influence; familiarity with platforms such as Metworx, Certara Phoenix, and pharmacometric tools; adept at translating requirements into scalable processes. Preferred: experience with Agile, business transformation, and capability assessments.
