Business Engagement Manager-Retina

Job Summary
- Manage business for an assigned base of new and existing customers for Ophthalmology and Retina.
- Secure MBOs, manage current GPO contracts, and conduct quarterly business reviews.
- Drive customer retention and advocacy to ensure portfolio performance achieves defined outcomes.
- Cultivate executive-level relationships within assigned accounts.
- Based ideally with relatively easy access to the customer base; travel up to 50%.
Core Responsibilities
- Communicate, educate, and explain posterior portfolio GPO contract offerings and updates to practices/ASCs and leadership using approved materials.
- Serve as liaison between Harrow and assigned accounts.
- Use the Customer Relationship Management (CRM) system.
- Execute strategies and collaborate compliantly with Marketing, Field Sales, GPO, Market Access, and Inside Sales.
- Manage operating expense budget for travel and customer training.
- Monitor Harrow share of portfolio products in the territory/accounts.
- Evaluate customer, market, and competitor activity and update the organization.
- Establish and maintain access and reimbursement initiatives; triage as needed.
- Enhance productivity and customer satisfaction.
- Collaborate with the Area Sales Director and KAM Team on strategic initiatives and physician engagement.
Qualifications & Requirements
- 5β10+ years of strategic Retina and/or Ophthalmology sales experience (preferred: ophthalmic market focus).
- Bachelorβs degree; MBA desirable (additional service can replace MBA).
- Experience executing targeted business plans.
- C-suite business acumen.
- Team player with positive, can-do attitude.
- Strong written, verbal, and presentation skills for C-suite presentations.
- Creative problem-solving; able to work under pressure, meet deadlines, and exercise sound ethical judgment.
- Ability to manage multiple projects and adjust priorities.
- Proficient in CRMs and Microsoft Office.
Position Type: Remote
Travel: Up to 50%, including overnight stays.
