The Position (Onsite): Serving as an entry-level liaison between Finance, Accounting, Revenue, and Procurement stakeholders and cross-functional technical teams to support scalable, efficient, compliant financial systems (Procure-to-Pay, Order-to-Cash, Financial Close and Reporting).
Responsibilities:
- Provide day-to-day functional support to Finance, Accounting, and Procurement stakeholders, ensuring timely issue resolution and continuity of critical financial operations.
- Identify and document process automation and digital transformation opportunities.
- Develop reports, dashboards, and automation solutions using Microsoft Power Platform (Power BI, Power Apps, Power Automate) and Microsoft Fabric.
- Administer identity and access governance within Dynamics 365 (roles, licenses, access reviews).
- Develop and maintain end-user training materials and system documentation.
- Intake, triage, and manage backlog for Finance and Procurement system/service requests.
- Participate in Agile delivery (sprint planning, stakeholder engagement, on-time enhancements).
- Stay current on emerging technologies and applied AI relevant to enterprise finance operations.
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Business Administration, Information Systems, or related field.
- 0–2 years supporting enterprise ERP platforms.
- Foundational experience in core Finance, Procure-to-Pay (P2P), and Order-to-Cash (O2C) processes.
- Strong analytical, written, and verbal communication; ability to translate requirements into specifications.
- Ability to manage competing priorities and collaborate cross-functionally.
Preferred:
- Experience with regulated industry environments (GxP or SOX) in Life Sciences.
- Exposure to Microsoft Dynamics 365 Finance & Operations (F&O).
- Basic to working knowledge of Microsoft Power Platform tools.
- Familiarity with Microsoft Data Platform (Microsoft Fabric, Azure Synapse Link, MS SQL Server).
Benefits/Pay:
- Wisconsin pay range: $60,000–$68,000 USD; California pay range: $68,000–$75,000 USD. Competitive salaries and an excellent benefit package.
