Responsibilities
- Provide day-to-day functional support to Finance, Accounting, and Procurement stakeholders, ensuring timely issue resolution and continuity of critical financial operations.
- Assist in identifying and documenting process automation and digital transformation opportunities.
- Support development of reports, dashboards, and automation solutions using Microsoft Power Platform (Power BI, Power Apps, Power Automate) and Microsoft Fabric.
- Administer identity and access governance within Dynamics 365 (user role management, license assignment, access reviews).
- Develop and maintain end-user training materials and system documentation.
- Assist with intake, triage, and backlog management for Finance and Procurement system/service requests.
- Participate in Agile delivery (sprint planning, stakeholder engagement, on-time enhancements).
- Stay current on emerging technologies and applied AI capabilities relevant to enterprise finance operations.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Business Administration, Information Systems, or related discipline.
- 0–2 years of experience supporting enterprise ERP platforms.
- Foundational experience or academic background in core Finance, Procure-to-Pay (P2P), and Order-to-Cash (O2C) processes.
- Strong analytical, written, and verbal communication skills.
- Ability to manage competing priorities, learn quickly, and collaborate cross-functionally.
Preferred
- Exposure to regulated environments (GxP or SOX) in Life Sciences.
- Exposure to Microsoft Dynamics 365 Finance & Operations (F&O).
- Basic to working knowledge of Power Platform tools (or equivalent coursework).
- Familiarity with Microsoft Data Platform technologies (Microsoft Fabric, Azure Synapse Link, MS SQL Server).
Benefits/Application
- Onsite 5 days/week.
- Wisconsin pay range: $60,000–$68,000; California pay range: $68,000–$75,000.
