Role Responsibilities
- Produce and maintain recurring Rare Disease sales and commercial performance reports using Excel, Power BI, CRM, and other reporting tools.
- Support ad-hoc analysis requests for Rare Disease from Sales, Marketing, Commercial Operations, Patient Access, Finance, and leadership.
- Support Rare analytics with data pulls, report refreshes, variance checks, business review preparation, and follow-up analysis.
- Validate data across internal and external systems and investigate discrepancies to ensure reporting accuracy.
- Reconcile data and support information flow across commercial reports, dashboards, and source systems to ensure consistent metric definitions/interpretation.
- Coordinate with cross-functional teams to translate business needs into reporting updates, data pulls, dashboard enhancements, and operational support.
- Track KPI performance and prepare materials for monthly and quarterly business reviews.
- Document business rules, process flows, and user guides.
- Identify opportunities to improve data quality, reporting efficiency, and automation.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Finance, Analytics, Economics, Statistics, or related field.
- 1–3 years of relevant experience in analytics, sales operations, finance, commercial operations, consulting, or related field.
- Strong Excel and PowerPoint skills.
- BI tools experience (Power BI or Tableau).
- CRM exposure (Salesforce.com or Veeva CRM).
- Strong analytical aptitude, attention to detail, communication/collaboration, and problem-solving skills.
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience in pharma/biotech/medtech/healthcare or other regulated industry.
- Knowledge of healthcare data, specialty pharmacy, or market access reporting.
