Key Responsibilities
- Identify and/or target healthcare providers and accounts managing and treating patients with TTR amyloidosis to develop plans to increase brand awareness and product adoption.
- Continuously assess sales opportunities and challenges within territory and accounts.
- Prioritize and manage time, activities, and resources to optimize access to and development of high-potential accounts.
- Build and maintain relationships with physicians using pre-call planning, tailored call plans, and post-call analysis.
- Proactively build effective working relationships with internal/external stakeholders; drive alignment and decisions; flex communication style to stakeholder needs.
- Collaborate with stakeholders across commercial, compliance, legal, market access, and patient care centers to support access at site of care.
- Build individual account plans for key accounts and physicians to approach customers and achieve sales goals.
- Collaborate to drive patient identification through market development and physician education; develop territory strategy to retain customers.
- Use programs, in-services, and in-office presentations to impact territory results.
- Uphold highest standards of integrity and compliance.

Qualifications
- 4-year degree from an accredited college/university required; MBA/Science degree preferred.
- 5+ years progressive business experience in biotech or specialty pharma.
- Experience in Cardiology.
- Track record of strong sales performance.
- Specialty product launch experience.
- Preferred: understanding of buy-and-bill and specialty channel distribution; hospital/institution + pharmacy formulary process knowledge.
- Experience driving territory-level cross-functional planning and influencing without authority.
- Excellent communication/listening; collaboration and customer-focused messaging; critical thinking using data tools.
- Travel: comfortable spending ~60% traveling; some overnight travel (including Boston, congresses).
- Driving is essential; valid driver’s license required; must be insurable.
- Must live within assigned territory.
