Burn Specialist

Role: Burn Specialist within the Operating Room Business Unit, responsible for promoting Integra's regenerative solutions for burn care. Objectives include market positioning, account management, education, and developing burn-related initiatives. Responsibilities: manage and develop burn accounts across the US, conduct education events, facilitate product in-services, oversee inventory, collaborate on burn center development and research initiatives, train sales staff, and support sales strategy. Requirements: Bachelor's degree or equivalent; minimum 4 years of relevant experience, including burn portfolio sales and hospital OR contracting experience; prior burn unit relationships preferred. Skills: strong interpersonal, communication, critical thinking, and problem-solving; technical product knowledge of surgical instruments and procedures advantageous. High-Value: focus on burn care, regenerative solutions, account management, education, and sales in OR settings. Work setup: local to TX with requirement for travel, including potential weekends/overnights.
