Responsibilities:
- Design, implement, maintain, and continuously improve SLC framework end-to-end across technology systems/platforms using a patient-centric, risk-based approach aligned with GAMP.
- Drive controls automation by automating collection/validation/reporting of IT control evidence in CI/CD pipelines and integrated toolchains; favor electronic over paper evidence (FDA/industry CSA guidance).
- Apply AI tooling for control monitoring, trend analysis, and anomaly detection in regulated systems; govern compliance and data integrity implications of self-learning systems.
- Bridge compliance/governance and engineering teams; translate regulatory requirements into tool configuration and pipeline design.
- Partner with tool owners (Jira, GitHub, JFrog, qTest, ServiceNow, etc.) to embed controls at the source and ensure correct evidence output.
- Maintain digital traceability linking requirements, controls, design elements, and verification evidence; keep records live and continuously audit-ready.
- Ensure data integrity by design using ALCOA+ and data lifecycle controls.
- Support audit/inspection readiness with evidence preparation and remediation coordination.
- Enable governance stakeholders by surfacing interdependencies and translating technical complexity.

Qualifications:
- BS with 6 years’ experience (MS 5 years; PhD 0).
- Experience in a regulated industry (pharma/medical device or similar).
- Fluency with GitHub, Jira, JFrog Artifactory, qTest, ServiceNow CMDB, and/or CI/CD (Azure DevOps/AWS CodePipeline or equivalent).
- Ability to translate regulatory requirements into technical specs/acceptance criteria/control configurations.
- Experience embedding controls into DevOps workflows.
- Ability to communicate credibly with both governance stakeholders and engineering teams; ability to learn and work in a fast-paced environment.

Preferred:
- Familiarity with AI systems in a regulated context (governance/validation/data integrity).
