10 Barrel Production Brewer Position (Reports to: Brewing Manager)

Responsibilities:
- Operate two- to four-vessel, 50 BBL brew systems
- Perform brewhouse support: wort production, raw material gathering, CIP of vessels, and yeast pitching
- Perform cellar support: tank CIPs, transfers/centrifugation, yeast management, dry hopping, DO/CO2 analysis, fruiting, and cocktail production
- Work with the Brewing Management team and Lead Brewers to improve Safety, Quality, and Production practices; drive and sustain new ideas

Job Requirements:
- Safety-first mentality; keen sense of safety and cleanliness
- Passion for craft beer and eagerness to learn
- Ability to follow recipes and standard operating procedures
- At least 21 years old
- Ability to keep detailed and accurate records
- Excellent time management and multitasking skills; manage high workload without sacrificing Safety/Quality/Production
- Flexibility to work rotating shifts (days, swings, graveyards; weekdays/weekends)
- Ability to lift 60 lbs repeatedly; ability to work in a variety of environments
- Forklift/electric pallet jack experience (training provided)
- Ability to work in a team-based environment
- Desire to create quality products from start to finish
- Ability to pass pre-employment screening (background check and drug screen)

Compensation & Benefits:
- Starting pay based on experience ($21.00/hr +); swing differential ($1.50/hr) and graveyard differential ($3.00/hr)
