Role Summary
The Brand Director will lead the ongoing commercialization of FUROSCIX, directing brand strategy, multi-channel campaigns, and promotional initiatives across customer segments. This role focuses on developing and executing brand plans to maximize impact for current indications and potential expansions, reporting to the VP, Marketing.
Responsibilities
- Own the brand strategy and execution, including pre-launch promotion, brand positioning, messaging, asset planning, and multi-channel tactics.
- Drive marketing direction in response to market changes, competition, new data, and treatment paradigm shifts.
- Develop and update core messaging platforms and communications to maintain differentiated messages.
- Lead cross-functional Brand Planning, coordinating marketing, commercial, and support teams to define strategic direction.
- Develop, execute, and evolve an integrated multi-channel tactical plan across channels such as personal promotion, digital/media, speaker programs, and congress activities.
- Collaborate with the market access team to create resources and tools for customers, managed care, and account representatives.
- Conduct market research to inform business decisions, brand strategies, and revenue drivers.
- Maintain relationships with internal stakeholders to ensure content, tactics, and training support launch plans and cross-functional initiatives.
- Manage vendors/agencies and budgets, optimizing investment mix.
- Oversee the marketing budget and ensure programs deliver ROI within budget.
Qualifications
- Required: Bachelor’s Degree; advanced degree highly preferred, with 8–10 years of progressively responsible marketing or related experience in biopharma.
- Required: At least 5 years in brand leadership/managerial roles with increasing responsibilities, including brand launch experience.
- Required: Proven ability to launch and evolve brand campaigns and multi-channel tactics; experience with digital, media, and AI/platforms to drive lead generation and customer engagement.

Education

Additional Requirements
- Hybrid work arrangement with a minimum of two days per week in Burlington, MA (Tuesday–Thursday); additional office time may be required.
- Ability to travel up to 15% of the time.
