Blood & Marrow Transplant Nurse Educator

Role: Field-based Blood & Marrow Transplant Nurse Educator supporting YARTEMLEA (narsoplimab) for TA-TMA treatment. Responsibilities: provide clinical education on TA-TMA, including disease understanding, diagnosis, and management; train multidisciplinary teams on YARTEMLEA's use, safety, and administration; foster relationships with transplant centers; identify educational gaps and communicate insights; collaborate with sales and Medical Affairs while maintaining compliance. Requirements: nursing degree or advanced clinical qualification; active or former RN/APRN license; 5+ years in clinical practice or healthcare education, with experience in hematopoietic stem cell transplantation or hematology/oncology preferred; strong communication and relationship-building skills; proficiency with Microsoft Office and CRM tools. High-Value: hematopoietic stem cell transplantation, TA-TMA, biologic therapies, FDA-approved YARTEMLEA, remote work with regional travel, overnight/weekend travel required. WorkSetup: remote within West Region; travel to meetings and client sites.
