Blood & Marrow Transplant Nurse Educator

Role: Field-based Blood & Marrow Transplant Nurse Educator supporting YARTEMLEA (narsoplimab) within the Northeast Region. Responsibilities: educate multidisciplinary healthcare teams on TA-TMA, including disease understanding, clinical management, and YARTEMLEA’s use; foster relationships with transplant centers; identify educational gaps, share insights, and collaborate with sales and medical affairs while maintaining compliance. Requirements: nursing degree or equivalent; active RN/APRN license with patient-care experience; 5+ years in clinical practice, healthcare, or biopharma education; strong communication, relationship-building, and scientific communication skills; preferred experience in hematology, oncology, or transplant. High-Value: hematopoietic stem cell transplant (HSCT), TA-TMA, biologics, complement-mediated diseases, regulatory approval for TA-TMA, clinical experience in rare diseases, and knowledge of supportive care products. WorkSetup: remote from assigned territory, with travel including overnight and weekends; valid driver’s license required. Compensation: $160,000–$215,000 plus benefits, stock options, and incentives.
