Blood & Marrow Transplant Nurse Educator

Role: Field-based Blood & Marrow Transplant Nurse Educator supporting the commercialization of YARTEMLEA (narsoplimab) for TA-TMA. Responsibilities: educate multidisciplinary healthcare teams on TA-TMA, including disease management, drug specifics, and operational integration; build relationships with transplant centers; collaborate with Medical Affairs and sales teams; identify educational gaps and communicate insights. Requirements: nursing degree or equivalent, active or former RN/APRN license, 5+ years clinical or industry experience in hematology/oncology, transplant, or rare diseases; strong communication, relationship-building, and scientific presentation skills. High-Value: hematopoietic stem cell transplantation, TA-TMA, biologics, complement pathway, post-IND FDA-approved drug, clinical practice or biopharma experience, multi-disciplinary stakeholder engagement, remote work with travel, including overnight and weekend. WorkSetup: remote within West Region; travel required; valid driver’s license necessary.
