Role: Blood & Marrow Transplant Nurse Educator tasked with clinical education on TA-TMA and YARTEMLEA (narsoplimab) within the Southeast region. Responsibilities include educating multidisciplinary teams on disease pathophysiology, management, and treatment protocols, supporting institution-specific workflows, and building trusted relationships with healthcare providers, especially in transplant centers. The role involves collaboration with sales and medical teams to ensure compliant, comprehensive educational support. Requirements: nursing degree or equivalent, RN/APRN licensure, 5+ years of clinical or industry experience in hematology, oncology, or transplant, with preferred experience in HSCT and rare diseases. Skills include strong communication, relationship-building, and technical proficiency (Microsoft, CRM). High-value specifics: focus on TA-TMA, complement pathway inhibition, biologics, hematopoietic stem cell transplant, and FDA-approved YARTEMLEA for TA-TMA. Work setup: remote from assigned territory, with travel including overnight and weekends as needed, requiring a valid driver’s license and residence within the territory. Compensation: $160,000–$215,000 plus benefits, incentives, and stock options.
