Blood & Marrow Transplant Nurse Educator

Role: Blood & Marrow Transplant Nurse Educator supporting Omeros’ TA-TMA treatment (YARTEMLEA) within the Central Region. Responsibilities: deliver clinical education on TA-TMA pathophysiology, diagnosis, and management; train healthcare teams on YARTEMLEA’s use, safety, and administration; foster relationships with transplant centers and multidisciplinary teams; identify educational gaps and provide insights to internal teams; collaborate with sales and medical affairs while maintaining role boundaries; ensure compliance with policies. Requirements: nursing degree or equivalent, RN/APRN licensure, 5+ years in clinical practice or healthcare education; experience in hematopoietic stem cell transplantation, hematology/oncology, or rare diseases preferred; strong communication, relationship-building, and technical skills; proficiency with Microsoft and CRM tools. High-Value: focus on hematology/oncology, hematopoietic stem cell transplant, TA-TMA, biologics, FDA-approved biologic (YARTEMLEA), remote working with travel (overnight/weekend) required; territory residency essential. WorkSetup: remote from assigned territory, travel as needed.
