Responsibilities include supervising daily lab functions, ensuring accurate test performance, staff training, process improvements, equipment maintenance, and regulatory adherence. Requirements: Bachelor's degree in a Chemical or Biological science, Medical Technology, or equivalent with at least 5 years of blood bank technologist experience, plus 4+ years leading a team.
