BISO - Manufacturing, Operations & Enabling

Role: Lead cybersecurity partner for AstraZeneca's manufacturing and enterprise applications, focusing on risk management, compliance, and security architecture across operational technology and cloud-based SaaS platforms. Responsibilities: advise on security governance, develop layered security controls for industrial and cloud environments, manage risk and vulnerability, ensure compliance with GMP/GxP, GDPR, SOX, and other regulations; secure data flows and third-party vendors; coordinate incident response and audit readiness; and foster a security-aware culture. Requirements: 10+ years in information security, with 5+ years leading security functions; experience securing manufacturing/operational tech and enterprise SaaS (e.g., SAP, Workday); strong knowledge of industrial (ISA/IEC 62443, NIST) and enterprise security frameworks; background in regulated pharma or manufacturing environments; proven stakeholder management and communication skills. Preferred: professional certifications (CISSP, CISM), M&A security experience, and AI/automation application in security.
