Biotech Manufacturing Technician (Wed-Sat)

Role: Manufacturing Technician focused on the recovery and purification of Active Pharmaceutical Ingredients (API) at Novo Nordisk's West Lebanon, NH bioproduction facility. Primary objectives include supporting product manufacturing activities, ensuring GMP compliance, and contributing to process improvements within a cleanroom environment. Responsibilities encompass executing manufacturing processes, completing documentation, supporting process validations and testing, and assisting in process optimizations. Requirements: High School diploma or Associates with 3+ years relevant manufacturing experience, or Bachelor's in a science discipline with no experience; knowledge of cGMP preferred; ability to follow written instructions and work in GMP-compliant cleanrooms. High-Value: biologics manufacturing, API recovery, GMP compliance, cleanroom protocols, validation, and process support. Work setup involves onsite shifts with initial training in a standard schedule, transitioning to back-end days shifts; minimal travel (~0-10%). Reports to Sr. Manager, API Manufacturing, and collaborates with engineers, scientists, and operators.
