What You Will Achieve (Responsibilities)
- Execute manufacturing operations for buffer/media make-up tanks, glass washers, autoclaves, bioreactors/fermentors, filtration equipment, inoculum prep, chromatography skids, UF/DF skids.
- Follow SOPs and batch records; support equipment commissioning, qualification, and validation.
- Troubleshoot and provide technical support/analysis for equipment, automation, and process issues.
- Review daily documentation, complete data entry, and identify/communicate process and compliance concerns in real time.
- Participate in audits as required; support SME for QTS investigations and CAPA implementations.
- Maintain assigned training currency; support Lean/Sustainability/Operational Excellence and continuous improvement.
- Escalate when operations, safety, equipment, supply, or quality compliance are at risk.
- Escalate work requests for facility/manufacturing equipment issues; use enterprise systems (e.g., SAP, LIMS, AMPS, PDOCS, QTS).
- Perform cleaning, inventory, and maintain facility in a safe and GMP-compliant manner.
Here Is What You Need (Minimum Requirements)
- High School Diploma or GED with 2+ years relevant experience (or Associate with 0 years).
- Strong verbal/written communication; basic computer skills/data entry.
- Proficiency with standard manufacturing equipment/tools; basic GMP knowledge.
- Ability to follow detailed instructions/SOPs; structured problem-solving; teamwork.
Bonus (Preferred)
- Pharmaceutical/biotech manufacturing experience; regulatory/quality systems knowledge.
- Organizational detail, initiative, adaptability, and analytical skills.
Physical/Mental
- Lift ~40 lbs; safety with pressurized systems, steam, corrosive chemicals; standing/sitting/bending/ladder climbing.
Schedule/Location
- 12-hour shifts (2/2/3), 6AM–6PM; 24/7 facility; on-premise.
