Role Summary

BioProcess Technician I, PM Shift. Based in Durham, NC. This role supports critical manufacturing operations in a dynamic biopharmaceutical setting, ensuring quality and efficiency at every step. The position involves working a 12-hour PM shift in a sterile production environment, contributing to safe, compliant manufacturing processes.

Responsibilities

• Execute manufacturing tasks to support routine production operations.
• Maintain inventory and stock items in designated production areas.
• Complete training activities related to production duties.
• Assist in investigations to resolve manufacturing-related issues.
• Clean, sterilize, and standardize production equipment and workspaces.
• Uphold organizational values and ensure compliance with safety standards.
• Perform additional duties as assigned to support team objectives.

Qualifications

• Required: High school diploma or equivalent education.
• Required: Strong oral and written communication skills.
• Required: Ability to work alternating 12-hour shifts, including weekends.
• Required: Ability to lift 35 lbs. without assistance.
• Required: Demonstrates a strong commitment to operating in a safe manner by consistently following all safety protocols and procedures.
