BioProcess Engineer I / II

Role: Hands-on Bioprocess Manufacturing Technician supporting drug product fill-finish, inspection, and packaging in a regulated environment. Objectives: ensure safe, compliant, and efficient production of medicines through equipment operation, troubleshooting, and documentation. Responsibilities: execute manufacturing tasks, operate and monitor equipment, troubleshoot issues, support deviation investigations, and maintain aseptic techniques. Requirements: Bachelor's in Biology, Chemistry, Biotechnology, or related field; 2+ years in cGMP or similar regulated manufacturing environment for Bioprocess Engineer II; strong understanding of aseptic processes, equipment troubleshooting, and documentation skills. Preferred: experience in biologics manufacturing, regulatory compliance, and working in a collaborative cross-functional team. High-Value: biologics/biopharma manufacturing, aseptic fill-finish, regulated cGMP environment, shift work (rotating nights). Location: Durham, NC, onsite only; work on a rotating 2-2-3 night shift.
