Position Summary:
- The Bioprocess Associate uses current Good Manufacturing Practices (cGMPs) in the execution of commercial manufacturing processes for therapeutic proteins.
Key Responsibilities:
- Operate production equipment within an assigned functional area adhering to GMPs and SOPs.
- Revise/create process documents; assist with process-related investigations.
- Train for proficiency in process automation and supporting business systems; operate primary production equipment.
- Maintain material and components inventory levels.
- Support a safe work environment and area work-safety initiatives.
- Weigh/check raw materials; assemble, clean, and autoclave process components.
- Perform routine manufacturing assignments per written procedures (moderately complex, minimal instructions).
Qualifications & Experience:
- Minimum high school diploma required; science knowledge via certificate program or Associate Degree in Biotechnology or related field desired.
- Prior experience with GMP regulations and/or clean room/highly regulated environment desired.
- Prior experience on work teams requiring personal accountability, attention to detail, collaboration, and results.
- Proficiency in common computer tools and web-based applications.
Benefits/Compensation (as stated):
- Devens, MA (US): $25.34–$30.70 per hour; additional incentive cash/stock opportunities may be available.
