Your Role: Biopharmaceutical Fill/Finish Operator (Night Shift)
Responsibilities:
- Execute primary (vial filling) and secondary (cartoning) packaging operations for monoclonal antibody production within associated equipment sets (assembly, preparation, turnover, and equipment maintenance).
- Uphold GMP manufacturing standards, including quality-driven performance, documentation (lifecycle management), housekeeping, and staging.
- Perform manufacturing instructions per SOPs with quality compliance.
- Perform aseptic manipulations and demonstrate aseptic technique.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to support manufacturing, quality, and safety.
Minimum qualifications:
- High School Diploma or equivalent.
- Basic computer skills; reading comprehension; ability to follow procedures and safe working practices.
Preferred qualifications:
- Associate degree or higher in a biomanufacturing-related discipline.
- Demonstrated mechanical aptitude.
- Regulated/GMP experience.
- Strong initiative, work ethic, and interpersonal skills.
Additional information:
- Training shift starts on days for 2–3 months, then transitions to a night schedule; subject to change with notice. Weekend work: 4% premium. Work outside shift hours: 10% premium.
