Role Responsibilities:
- Process biweekly 401(k) contribution files; reconcile data across payroll and Fidelity; resolve discrepancies using IRS correction procedures.
- Troubleshoot employee and payroll inquiries related to deferral elections, loan repayments, and contribution posting.
- Lead biweekly benefits deduction and payroll reconciliation between Businessolver and the payroll system; investigate and resolve discrepancies.
- Own the Healthy You event calendar; manage event logistics, biometric screenings, flu shot clinics, and vendor coordination end to end.
- Track utilization and engagement; build quarterly readouts with trend analysis and recommendations for wellbeing strategy and budget.
- Support global benefits operations, including country-specific materials, the International Wellbeing Ambassador program, and coordination with international vendors.
- Produce quarterly dashboards on utilization, costs, and engagement; support forecasting, benchmarking, and ad hoc Total Rewards initiatives.
- Perform additional analysis, project support, and ad hoc assignments (e.g., plan design analysis, benchmarking, compliance filings, and special Total Rewards initiatives).

Required Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Finance, or a related field.
- 1–3 years of experience in benefits administration or HR operations (large, complex employer preferred).
- Hands-on experience with benefits administration platforms (Businessolver or equivalent) and retirement recordkeeping systems (Fidelity or equivalent).
- Working knowledge of 401(k) plan operations, including contribution processing.
- Solid understanding of benefits deduction and payroll reconciliation processes.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel (data manipulation, pivot tables, reconciliation workflows); experience with HRIS and payroll systems.
- Strong analytical skills; ability to identify discrepancies, investigate root causes, and drive resolution.
- Excellent organization and attention to detail; manage multiple recurring deadlines.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills; collaborate across HR, Payroll, and vendors.

Preferred Qualifications:
- Experience supporting event logistics and wellbeing programming.
- Familiarity with global benefits administration or international HR.
