Automation Technical Product Manager, Protein Development

Role: Automation Technical Product Manager, Protein Development—leading digital transformation of global protein therapeutic R&D labs towards a data-centric, automated future. Responsibilities: own end-user tools (e.g., CFD modeling, in silico drug development), oversee SaaS applications, upgrade bioreactor systems, deliver process automation solutions, build digital roadmaps for E2E data flows, collaborate across teams and vendors, and establish performance metrics. Requirements: Bachelor's in Biotechnology, Computer Science, or related; 5+ years’ experience in pharma or biotech with expertise in AWS cloud (S3, EC2, Lambda), data integration (Python, Java, R), GxP SDLC, and network security. Preferred: experience in biologics R&D, global software deployment, data standards, and team leadership; familiarity with PAT, eLab notebooks, histo. High-Value: biologic drug development, digital automation, cloud computing, GxP compliance, and lab data architecture. Work setup: based in Spring House or Malvern, PA, with up to 10% travel.
