Responsibilities:
- Ensure new processes and equipment are compliant with line of business and global standards.
- Collaborate with local/global project teams to design compliant equipment and processes meeting URS/IFA.
- Develop interface agreements and align requirements with equipment vendors.
- Develop and implement plans to maintain and improve process control systems; schedule execution with manufacturing.
- Assist with expense budgets for maintaining/improving process control systems.
- Develop/maintain automation standards, specifications, and maintenance plans.
- Own self-development to understand site process control systems; support audits/inspections as SME.
- Coach and train colleagues/stakeholders.
- Use cLEAN tools for systematic problem solving, process improvement, and project management.
- Apply quality risk management mindset; implement effective change management.
- Support Corporate/PS/IT/local stakeholder initiatives and projects.
- Participate in development of SOPs, best practices, and maintenance procedures.
- Follow all safety and environmental requirements.

Qualifications & Skills:
- Bachelor’s degree in engineering/related field (required).
- 5+ years engineering experience in process-based manufacturing/utility/packaging systems (minimum) (required). May consider 7+ years or HS/GED with 9+ years.
- Knowledge of SAP EM, PLC, DCS/SCADA, MES, Oracle, MS SQL, Historian; general controls (plus); SAP EWM (plus).
- Proven expertise in planning/organization and project execution (e.g., project management).
- Ability to translate high-level direction into actionable tasks using cLEAN/Six Sigma (plus).
- Logistics roles: warehouse automation equipment preferred (AS/RS, AGVs, AMRs, conveyors).
