Primary Responsibilities
- Assess learning needs for the Gastro Immunology portfolio and develop learning strategies/plans with team members.
- Ensure portfolio strategy is represented across learning programs and solutions; create consistency and leverage best practices across brands internationally.
- Collaborate with International Marketing, Areas, and Affiliates to build learning and capability development solutions for new product launches, mature products, promotional/regulatory updates, and new-hire training.
- Design learning curricula leveraging portfolio synergies; lead curriculum development aligned to brand strategy.
- Align with cross-functional leadership (Training, Medical/Clinical, Marketing, Sales, Medical, Regulatory, Legal, vendors) and set mutual expectations with partners.
- Integrate learning deliverables into brand business planning; link solutions to brand strategies; seek innovative learner engagement.
- Ensure adult learning/instructional design principles; ensure quality, compliance, and applicability of curriculum; lead/influence international learning workstreams; develop team members and foster an inclusive culture.
Qualifications
- Knowledge of pharmaceutical regulations/standards.
- Bachelorβs degree.
- Experience in instructional design/education technology/education (or related).
- 5+ years learning & instructional design experience.
- 10β15 years combined learning, sales, marketing, or cross-functional expertise.
- Experience leading team members (direct or interim).
Preferred
- Immunology experience.
