Associate VP Field Access & Reimbursement

Role: Lead the development and execution of MoonLake's national field reimbursement strategy for the U.S. launch of sonelokimab in hidradenitis suppurativa (HS). Responsibilities: build the operating model, recruit and develop regional and national FRM teams, establish compliant provider-office education standards, partner cross-functionally with market access, specialty pharmacy, commercial, and legal teams, and create escalation and barrier resolution pathways.
