Associate Vice President- Assistant General Counsel, Infectious Disease & Vaccines, Regulatory Legal

Role: Senior legal leader providing regulatory legal counsel for Lilly's Infectious Disease & Vaccines portfolio, supporting development through post-market activities. Responsibilities: advise on vaccine regulatory strategies globally, lead agency engagement, support emerging therapeutic areas, and manage legal frameworks for portfolio integration and growth. Collaborate closely with RLT and cross-functional teams including Clinical Development, Regulatory, Manufacturing, and Policy to shape regulatory pathways and compliance. Requirements: JD (US or equivalent), licensed in one US state, 7-10+ years in biotech/pharma legal advising on biologics/regulatory matters, with in-house or law firm experience supporting vaccine development or commercialization.
