Associate Strategic Finance Manager

Role: Financial analyst specializing in long-term forecasting for North America Operations within the biopharma sector, supporting strategic planning for therapeutic areas. Responsibilities: develop and maintain complex financial models, conduct scenario and trade-off analyses, evaluate external business development opportunities, and monitor market events impacting the portfolio. Collaborates with cross-functional teams including Marketing, Market Access, Medical, Regulatory, and FP&A to inform decision-making. Qualifications: Bachelor's in Accounting, Finance or related field; minimum of 2 years' experience in financial or strategic planning, commercial analysis, or consultancy; proficiency in Excel, PowerPoint, and financial modeling; strong analytical and communication skills. Preferred: advanced degree and hands-on experience in sales forecasting.
