Responsibilities:
- Provide on-site and off-site technical support for senior executives.
- Diagnose and resolve issues for Macintosh, PCs, mobile devices, printers, and video conferencing.
- Front-line support for corporate technology/implementations and supporting technologies through their lifecycle.
- Enhance executive productivity by leveraging technology tools.
- Build trusted relationships; be a β€œgo-to” person for executive IT needs; maintain confidentiality.
- Analyze technology issues/trends, determine root causes, and troubleshoot; log incidents/service requests.
- Set up and test audio/video conferencing equipment.
- Lead resolutions requiring cross-functional support; adhere to risk management policies and escalate risk issues.

Qualifications:
- High School Diploma or GED required.
- 1+ year supporting internal desktop systems (software/hardware), application training, and incident ownership/management.

Preferred Experience:
- Desk-side services supporting executives and assistants.
- Microsoft desktop/laptops; Apple devices and network connectivity.
- Jabber and Microsoft Outlook/Exchange (advanced troubleshooting).
- iOS/Android and MDM solutions.
