Role Summary
Associate Specialist, Clinical Biologics responsible for supporting delivery and technical aspects of product, component, or packing processes, troubleshooting and delivering solutions that improve infrastructure and service delivery. Works within guidelines to meet technical objectives, resolves routine technical concerns, and supports continuous improvement in delivery practices. May train or mentor junior team members and collaborates with cross-functional teams to reach solutions.
Responsibilities
- Supports the delivery of the technical aspects of a product, component, or packing process, managing delivery and troubleshooting problems to deliver solutions that improve infrastructure and service delivery.
- Works within defined guidelines to achieve specified technical objectives, adheres to delivery schedules, and escalates complex technical issues as needed.
- Reviews working practices and proposes changes to enhance delivery effectiveness based on understanding of manufacturing capabilities and best-practice approaches.
- Supports team delivery, including training and may mentor more junior team members.
Qualifications
- Required: Degree qualified or equivalent with some experience in the pharmaceutical industry; relevant technical/manufacturing experience; understanding of manufacturing and/or engineering processes; Good Manufacturing Practice, Safety, Health and Environment, Standard Operating Procedures, regulatory and compliance standards.
- Preferred: Has, or is working towards, a professional qualification; understands many aspects of product supply chains and machine-component interface.

Education
- Degree qualified or equivalent with relevant pharmaceutical industry experience.
