Role Summary

Associate Scientist, Non-Viral Delivery Tech (Regeneron Genetics Medicines) — Support production, purification, and characterization of protein reagents for next-generation delivery technology development within the Non-Viral Delivery Technologies group.

Responsibilities

• Maintenance and manipulation of suspension cells
• Operation of AKTA systems for small scale purification by liquid chromatography-based techniques (e.g. affinity, ion exchange, size exclusion)
• Develop high-throughput protein purification and conjugation workflows
• Characterization of purified proteins (e.g. SDS-PAGE, SE-UPLC, CE)
• Collaborate with other team members and groups around the company

Qualifications

• Required: BS/MS in molecular biology, biochemistry, bioengineering, or related field with 0‚Äì2+ years of relevant experience
• Preferred: Experience with aseptic technique used in mammalian cell culture, chromatography, running an AKTA Pure, and SDS-PAGE/CE
