Responsibilities:
- Perform and maintain immunoassay and cell-based assay methods for biotherapeutics (early to late stage).
- Execute, document, report, and review lab work according to GMP.
- Author, review, and revise test methods and technical reports.
- Collaborate with multi-disciplinary project teams; provide timely support with quality data for regulatory documentation.
- Tabulate data and provide data interpretation to teams and customers.
- Apply knowledge to increase productivity and troubleshoot technical problems with minimal supervision.
- Assist with maintenance and renewal of lab instruments/systems and continuous improvement of safe, effective working practices.
- Intermediate proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).

Qualifications (Must-Have):
- B.S. in biology, biochemistry, immunology, biotechnology, or related field; 0–2 years experience with biological molecules, mammalian cell culture, and cell-based assays and/or immunoassays.
- Strong written and verbal communication; proven delivery in fast-paced, collaborative environments.
- Demonstrated technical writing and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to extract information from scientific literature and accurately record observations/data/conclusions.

Qualifications (Preferred):
- Industrial experience; understanding of drug development process.
- Knowledge of GMP; experience with laboratory data management systems.

- Base salary range $60,200–$100,400; bonus target 7.5% (Global Performance Plan); comprehensive benefits including 401(k), paid time off, caregiver/parental and medical leave, and medical/dental/vision.

Work requirements:
- Occasional light lifting; periods of standing/sitting/walking; occasional travel.
