Associate Regional Director

Role: Associate Director, HIV Regional Trainer, focused on field-based training and capability development for commercial sales teams in the HIV space. Responsibilities include delivering clinical, product, and disease state training, conducting on-the-job field rides for real-time feedback, and supporting onboarding of new hires. Acts as an embedded learning partner to regional leadership, adapting national strategies to local market dynamics, and collaborating with marketing and L&D teams to ensure message alignment. Requirements: Bachelor’s degree (preferably in Business, Science, Healthcare, or Education), minimum 5 years in pharmaceutical/biotech commercial roles with at least 2 years dedicated to HIV, proficient in delivering training in virtual and in-person settings, and strong interpersonal and feedback skills. Preferred qualifications include prior field trainer experience, product launch support, and knowledge of adult learning principles. The role demands extensive regional travel (~40-50%) and operates remotely within the assigned region.
