Responsibilities:
- Support development of US marketing tactical plans for existing and potential new indications of Cabozantinib in RCC cancers.
- Ensure successful execution of promotional tactics for US HCPs across personal and non-personal channels.
- Consult with Ex-US and US partner organizations to review and align promotional message execution.
- Align messaging platform and tactical rollout with brand objectives and strategies.
- Ensure key brand messages and materials are effectively communicated at sales meetings.
- Support promotions budget management; set goals/metrics and measure performance.
- Collaborate cross-functionally with field sales, sales training, market planning, and regulatory/compliance.
- Partner with the Payer Sales Team to develop managed-care promotional materials.
- Manage key vendor relationships, including the promotional agency of record.
- Foster trust and a strong culture across marketing and sales teams and with partners.

Qualifications:
- Master’s degree in related discipline and 13 years of related experience; or BS/BA and 11+ years; or equivalent combination.
- Experience in product marketing, field sales, or market research/analysis in pharma/biotech.
- Pharmaceutical marketing experience.
- Patient marketing/advocacy relations/public relations/digital marketing/sales: plus.
- Oncology experience: strongly preferred.

- Network internally/externally; use market research and sales-force input to optimize messaging and tactics.
- Strategic thinking, initiative, creativity; meet quantitative/qualitative targets.
- Strong presentation and verbal/written communication.
- Understanding of FDA promotional regulations and experience with Legal/Medical/Regulatory review processes.
- Business travel required.
