Associate, QC Analytical Flow Cytometry, B2 Shift (Cell based assays, ELISA, qPCR, Pipetting)

Role: Support QC testing of in-process, final product, and stability samples in a regulated biopharma environment. Responsibilities: perform routine analytical testing, review GMP documentation, assist with deviations, investigations, and continuous improvement initiatives; may train analysts. Requirements: Bachelor's degree in science (or equivalent experience), 0-2+ years in analytical QC, familiarity with laboratory techniques, attention to detail, effective communication skills. High-Value: experience with cell and molecular biology techniques (e.g., flow cytometry, cell-based assays), GMP compliance, documentation review, and working in a regulated environment. Work setup: shift work Wednesday-Saturday, 2PM-12AM, Devens, MA.
