Associate, Process Engineer

Role: Associate I, Manufacturing Production Process Engineering, supports designing and implementing efficient manufacturing processes for ophthalmic products at Alcon. Responsibilities include developing new/revised production methods, optimizing equipment layout, troubleshooting production issues, and guiding technical specifications to ensure smooth mass production. Ensures compliance with GxP regulations, SOPs, and quality standards through rigorous documentation and testing. Requirements: Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience (e.g., high school +8 yrs, associate +4 yrs); proficiency in English; onsite work location. Preferred: experience in process engineering or manufacturing within biotech or pharma settings.
