Role
- Under the direction of an HEDS Senior Director, provide strategic development and use of predictive and economic models to understand disease and quantify/communicate the value of oncology products to patients, providers, and payers.

Responsibilities
- Serve as BARDS-HEDS lead for one or more Value and Implementation teams to develop health economic, disease, and predictive models for product business insights.
- Use discovery, real-world evidence, clinical trial, published data, and public tools to build economic and integrated models to answer key questions across drug/vaccine development (Phase I through loss of data exclusivity).
- Advance integrated quantitative approaches (economic, disease, predictive modeling and simulation) with internal and external partners.
- Develop and maintain global health economic models and tools in-house or with external vendors.
- Support and train HEDS models/tools for country/regional adaptations and external stakeholder communications.
- Disseminate results via congress presentations and scientific journal publications.
- Collaborate with external experts and internal cross-functional teams to apply new methodologies, models, and analytics.
- Maintain awareness of external data, modeling methods, and IT tools to enhance health economic modeling/simulation/data visualization capabilities; share best practices across the enterprise.

Education/Qualifications
- PhD (preferred) or Master’s in Health Economics, Biostatistics, Health Services Research, Actuarial Sciences, Operations Research, or closely related quantitative field.
- Relevant HEOR experience beyond degree.

Required Skills/Experience
- Knowledge/experience in economic evaluation of oncology drugs and interventions.
- Hands-on expertise in conceptualizing, designing, developing, and disseminating health economic model approaches.
- Track record of HTA submissions and peer-reviewed conference/journal publications.
- Strong interpersonal, organizational, and communication skills.
- Understanding of US and key international market access challenges.
